DAVID DIPERRI

CPA

David DiPerri graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a BS in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

​

David has successfully assisted several business owners in the sale of their companies.


He has served on a non-profit board dedicated to support homeless Veterans for eight years. *We provide a veterans discount and are thankful for their service.*

 

David stays active in the business climate as a fractional CFO for a number of current businesses.


He is the founding member of Deal Done Business Brokers, LLC.  The company services the New Hampshire, Maine and northern Massachusetts markets.

ANDY HERBINE

With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge of finance, production, resource management, process and overall operational wherewithal.

He is fascinated and energized by finding the sweet spot of why, what, who, and how that makes businesses thrive and has a strong background in software, technology and continuous improvement.

Andy is has been fascinated with the art of business brokering since negotiating and closing his first business in 2016.
